Back in October I had asked for plumber recommendations to replace the galvanized plumbing in our 1910 home. We had lots of companies and independent plumbers come over to provide quotes. This wasn’t a small job—everything was ripped out and the entire plumbing system was completely replaced.
We ended up settling on Brad Williams with Platinum Plumbing and couldn’t have been happier! He was incredibly responsive during the planning process and didn’t try to upsell us like most every large company in town tried. He was here on time like he promised every single day and even came over the day after the holiday to finish a few things that he really didn’t need to.
Things don’t always go to plan when renovating a 113 year old house and this man delivered! I had asked for the laundry to be moved out of my kitchen and into the basement and I’ll tell you, that was a feat in its own that others said was “too difficult” and it’s working perfectly along with everything else. Just looking at those new pipes throughout and how sleek they are makes us so, so happy. We don’t have to duck our heads down in the basement now to avoid nailing our foreheads on old pipes. He was trustworthy, honest, efficient, and quick for what he was left with.
